Wikipedia.de reached one million entries
Wikipedia is a millionaire. The German version of the participatory encyclopaedia on the Internet now cracked the mark of one million entries. That said, with Wikipedia on the net. The one millionth article is about the American botanist Ernie Wasson.

The first post wrote in May 2001 the biochemist Magnus Manske on the so-called polymerase chain reaction, the duplication of DNA in a test tube. Wikipedia expected in 2015 with the two-millionth article in its German edition.
